What we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• License details: your California real estate license number, its expiration date, and — because the DRE requires it on certificates — your driver's license number.
• Contact details: phone number and mailing address, if you provide them.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

Information created as you use the site

• Course records: registrations, quiz and exam attempts, scores, timestamps, and the certificates we issue. The DRE requires us to keep these.
• Purchase records: what you bought, when, for how much, and the Stripe transaction reference. We never see or store your full card number — payment is handled by Stripe.
• Email log: a copy of each email we send you (receipts, confirmations, reminders) and whether it was delivered.
• Technical data: when you arrive from one of our advertisements, we record the page, the campaign tag, and the referring site. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To run your course, grade exams, and issue your certificate.
• To satisfy California Department of Real Estate record-keeping rules, including identity affirmation and audit requests.
• To process payments, issue receipts, and handle refunds.
• To send transactional email about your account and course, and — only if you haven't opted out — occasional renewal reminders and offers.
• To answer your questions and resolve problems.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that host the site and its data (Cloudflare, Supabase), process payments (Stripe), and deliver email (Resend), each bound to use it only on our behalf.
• The California DRE, when it audits course completions or requires reporting.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie: your sign-in session. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in.

How long we keep it

Course, exam, and certificate records are kept for at least five years after completion, as the DRE requires. Purchase records are kept as tax law requires. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize everything else within 30 days, keeping only what those rules oblige us to keep.

Your choices and rights

• You can update your name, contact details, and license details on your account page.
• You can opt out of marketing email at any time with the link in any message or on the unsubscribe page. Transactional email (receipts, exam results) still sends.
• California residents may ask what personal information we hold, request a copy, or ask us to delete it, and we won't treat you differently for asking. Email support@0stressrenewal.com; we'll verify it's you and respond within 45 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, exam answer keys never leave our servers, and access to records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Children

The site is for licensed real estate professionals and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, email account holders.
